1. Publisher

The website noozly.xyz is published by an individual.

Contact: through the site chat, at the bottom right of every page, or via the Discord server discord.gg/HUfh6q3Y2d.

The publisher can be reached through either of these two channels.

2. Hosting

The site noozly.xyz is hosted by a third-party provider. For any technical questions regarding hosting, contact us through the site chat or via Discord.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on noozly.xyz (text, images, logos, source code) is the exclusive property of Noozly or their respective authors. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

4. Personal Data

Signing in to the site is done with your Discord account. On that occasion, Noozly records your Discord ID, your username, your avatar and your sign-in dates, in order to identify you and attach your bots to your account.

As part of the service, Noozly also keeps:

  • the login credentials you enter for the game server or ranking site concerned, which the vote bot needs in order to work;
  • your bots' configuration and the history of their runs and votes;
  • the history of your top-ups, your subscriptions and your balance movements;
  • your display language and your referral code, if any.

This data is never sold nor passed on for commercial purposes. Three third-party providers involved in running the site have their own privacy policies: Discord (authentication and notifications), Crisp (support chat) and Google Fonts (typefaces). Payments are handled by PayPal and NOWPayments, which pass on to Noozly only the amount and the transaction reference.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. Deleting a bot erases its configuration and the credentials stored with it. To exercise these rights, contact us through the site chat or via Discord.

5. Cookies

noozly.xyz uses no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. Only technical cookies necessary for the site to work are used: a session cookie keeping you signed in, and the cookies set by the Crisp support chat so your conversation thread is preserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

Noozly strives to keep the service operational 24/7. However, Noozly cannot be held liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical incidents
  • Changes made by third-party top list websites that may affect the bot's operation
  • Any sanctions applied by game server operators

8. Service Description

Noozly provides an automatic vote bot service for private game servers. The list of covered games and servers can be viewed at any time on the site, on the "Games & servers" page. The service consists of a software program running on Noozly's servers that casts votes on ranking sites according to the customer's configuration.

9. Pricing

Current pricing is as follows:

  • Monthly rate (30 days): specific to each server, shown on the server listing and restated before any payment
  • Shorter durations (7, 14 and 21 days): derived from the server's monthly rate on a tapering scale, shown before any payment
  • Loyalty discount: automatic reduction applied on every second 30-day payment, for servers at the standard rate
  • Referral program: −10% per active referral on each payment made by that referral, stackable

Each subscription corresponds to one (1) active vote bot linked to a distinct voting account. Multiple servers require multiple subscriptions.

10. Order and Payment

Orders can be placed either from the customer area on noozly.xyz or from Noozly's Discord bot (discord.gg/HUfh6q3Y2d): both channels give access to the same functions.

Payment works by topping up a balance in advance, by PayPal or in cryptocurrency. The balance is then charged the amount of the chosen subscription, shown before confirmation. No recurring charge is set up: no amount is ever taken without the customer acting.

11. Activation and Duration

The service is activated as soon as possible after payment confirmation. The subscription period starts on the activation date. Upon expiration, the service is automatically suspended unless renewed.

12. Right of Withdrawal

As the service is a digital content product that begins execution immediately upon payment, no refund can be made once the subscription has been activated.

2 free trial votes are offered before any purchase to allow customers to evaluate the service.

13. Service Interruption

In the event of a service interruption exceeding 48 consecutive hours attributable to Noozly, proportional compensation may be granted to the customer (subscription duration extension). Interruptions caused by third-party top list site changes do not entitle customers to compensation.

14. Acceptable Use

The customer agrees to use the Noozly service in compliance with the rules of the game servers and top lists concerned. Noozly disclaims any responsibility for sanctions imposed by a game server operator following use of the vote bot.

15. Termination

The customer may end their subscription at any time, from the customer area on the site or from the Discord bot, by stopping their bot and not renewing. No subscription renews by itself. The period already paid for remains due and is not refunded pro rata.

Noozly reserves the right to terminate a subscription without notice in the event of abusive or fraudulent use of the service.

16. Applicable Law

These legal notices and terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
