4. Personal Data

Noozly does not collect personal data directly through the website. The service operating via Discord, the data processed is what you provide on the Discord platform, subject to Discord's own terms and privacy policy.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord.

5. Cookies

noozly.xyz does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies for the website's operation may be used.

6. Limitation of Liability

Noozly strives to keep the service operational 24/7. However, Noozly cannot be held liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical incidents
  • Changes made by third-party top list websites that may affect the bot's operation
  • Any sanctions applied by game server operators

8. Service Description

Noozly provides an automatic vote bot service for private game servers (Minecraft, Dofus, GTA FiveM, Hytale, and others). The service consists of a software program running on Noozly's servers that casts votes on game server top lists according to the customer's configuration.

9. Pricing

Current pricing is as follows:

  • Short subscription: from €3 (variable duration)
  • Monthly subscription (30 days): €9
  • Loyalty discount: automatic −€2 every 2 consecutive 30-day payments (alternating €9 / €7)
  • Referral program: −10% per active referral on each payment made by that referral, stackable

Each subscription corresponds to one (1) active vote bot linked to a distinct voting account. Multiple servers require multiple subscriptions.

10. Order and Payment

Orders are placed exclusively via Noozly's Discord server (discord.gg/HUfh6q3Y2d). Payment is required before service activation. Accepted payment methods are communicated during the ordering process on Discord.

11. Activation and Duration

The service is activated as soon as possible after payment confirmation. The subscription period starts on the activation date. Upon expiration, the service is automatically suspended unless renewed.

12. Right of Withdrawal

As the service is a digital content product that begins execution immediately upon payment, no refund can be made once the subscription has been activated.

2 free trial votes are offered before any purchase to allow customers to evaluate the service.

13. Service Interruption

In the event of a service interruption exceeding 48 consecutive hours attributable to Noozly, proportional compensation may be granted to the customer (subscription duration extension). Interruptions caused by third-party top list site changes do not entitle customers to compensation.

14. Acceptable Use

The customer agrees to use the Noozly service in compliance with the rules of the game servers and top lists concerned. Noozly disclaims any responsibility for sanctions imposed by a game server operator following use of the vote bot.

15. Termination

The customer may terminate their subscription at any time via Discord. Termination takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no partial refund.

Noozly reserves the right to terminate a subscription without notice in the event of abusive or fraudulent use of the service.

16. Applicable Law

These legal notices and terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
